This area of the Anza-Borrego desert is a favorite of mine. (I like the whole place actually.) Drove up to the campsite area about 0.3 mile from the cache and walked the rest of the way. Was bit of a hazy day so view wasn't as good as it could have been. Still had a really nice time. Passed a family in the wash on my way in trying to turn around a big trailer. That was odd. Left a fresh box of Cinnamon Altoids. Didn't take anything. (Although i did JUST buy a printer cable like the one in the cache. Wish i had waited.) Second cache found today. Spent the night camped nearby.
